We provide a range of services to estates, trusts and partnerships with commercial and residential real estate assets.  We provide organizational guidance, tax strategies, accounting support, and asset valuation and divestiture assistance.  Separately we direct market for innovators Cloud-based enterprise productivity systems and tools built on the Salesforce.com platform directly to C-level officers in the banking and broader financial institutions universe. 

Phil Hage has over thirty years of investment banking experience  generally on the West Coast combined with strong business development skills – primarily all within the financial services industry.  His specific expertise ranges from mergers & acquisitions to anti-takeover defense.  In corporate finance he employed a focused, research-driven business development approach.  His client base included super regional bank holding companies, community banks, savings and loan associations,  mortgage banking companies, thrift and loans,  and captive finance, leasing and commercial finance companies.  He is proficient with the organizational, tax, accounting, and legal issues related to all types of pass-through entities.  He works seamlessly with legal and accounting professionals.  His wife, Deborah,  has focused  on estate liquidations, particularly art, furnishings and high value collectibles for over 30 years.
